1.肯定句形式：it +is/was+被强调部分（主语/宾语/状语）+that/who+ 其他。
（1）强调主语
① 如果被强调部分是人且做主语，后面的引导词用who/that均可，习惯用who.
It is the children who/that came up with the idea.
正是这些孩子提出的主意。
It was only the very rich who could afford to own a car.
只有非常富裕的人才能买得起小轿车。
② 若强调部分为人称代词时，强调主语用主格，强调宾语用宾格。
It was he who helped me yesterday.
是他昨天帮的我。
It was me who he helped yesterday.

他昨天帮的是我。

③ 强调主语that/who后的谓语v应与主语保持一致。
It is I who am to blame.
怪我咯。
It is he who is wrong.
错的人是他。
④ 强调句中be（is/was）的时态应由原句确定。
It is Jack who loves football most.
最喜欢足球的人是Jack。
It was because I was stuck in the traffic that I came late.
正是因为我堵在路上，我才来晚了。
It might be tomorrow evening that the news will be broadcast.
可能在明天早上，将播出这条新闻。
It must have been Tom who phoned yesterday.
昨天一定是Tom打的电话。
（2）强调宾语
强调部分为人且在后面分句中作宾语可用whom代替that,其他一律用that；强调部分包含人和物时，习惯用that不用who.
It was the things and people they remembered that they were talking about.
他们正在讨论他们记忆中的人和事。
（3）强调状语
It was in the park that I met her.
我是在公园里遇见她的。
特殊的：it is/was not until...that...
It is not until 12 o’clock that my father came back.
直到十二点我父亲才回来。

2. 一般疑问句形式：is/was+it +被强调部分+that/who+ 其他?
Is it Mr smith who teaches you English?
